Review Gopher, operated by Match Strike Digital LLC (“Review Gopher,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides software tools that help businesses manage reviews, customer communications, social media publishing, and related marketing workflows.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, use our software, connect third-party platforms, or communicate with us.

By using Review Gopher, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information received from third-party integrations you connect to Review Gopher.

1.1 Account and Business Information

When you create or use an account, we may collect:

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Business name

  • Business address

  • Website URL

  • Account login credentials

  • User role and permissions

  • Billing and subscription information

  • Communications with our support team

1.2 Customer and Contact Information

If you use Review Gopher to communicate with your customers, request reviews, or manage campaigns, you may upload or enter customer information, including:

  • Customer names

  • Phone numbers

  • Email addresses

  • Appointment or transaction details

  • Tags, notes, or custom fields

  • Communication preferences

  • SMS consent status and opt-out status

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right and required consent to upload, store, or use customer information in Review Gopher.

1.3 Review and Reputation Data

If you use Review Gopher to manage reviews, we may collect or process:

  • Review text

  • Star ratings

  • Reviewer display names

  • Review dates

  • Business responses to reviews

  • Draft review responses

  • Review request history

  • Review platform identifiers

  • Performance metrics related to reviews

1.4 Social Media and Content Publishing Data

If you connect social media accounts, including Facebook Pages or Instagram Business Accounts, we may collect and process information needed to provide publishing, scheduling, and reporting features, including:

  • Connected account identifiers

  • Facebook Page IDs and Page information

  • Instagram Business Account IDs

  • Account names and profile information

  • Uploaded images, videos, captions, links, hashtags, and other post content

  • Scheduled publishing dates and times

  • Publishing status

  • Published post identifiers

  • Engagement or status data, if enabled and authorized

We use this data only to provide the social media features you request, such as connecting accounts, scheduling posts, publishing content, confirming publication status, and displaying publishing history.

1.5 Google Business Profile and Google API Data

If you connect a Google account, Google Business Profile, or other Google service, we may collect and process information authorized by you through Google OAuth, including:

  • Google account identifiers

  • Business profile identifiers

  • Business location information

  • Business name, address, phone number, website, and hours

  • Review text

  • Star ratings

  • Reviewer display names, if made available by Google

  • Review dates

  • Draft and published review responses

  • Google Business Profile posts or updates

  • Uploaded media for Google posts, if applicable

  • Performance, insight, or status data, if applicable and authorized

Review Gopher’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible within Review Gopher, such as review management, review response drafting, Google Business Profile management, and publishing updates you request. We do not sell Google user data.

1.6 Meta, Facebook, and Instagram Data

If you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram Business Account, or other Meta asset, we may request access to certain Meta permissions depending on the features you use.

We do not post to Facebook or Instagram unless you authorize the connection and create, schedule, or approve the content to be published.

You may disconnect Meta integrations at any time through Review Gopher or through your Facebook or Instagram account settings. When you disconnect an integration, we stop using the related access token for future activity.

1.7 OAuth Tokens and Integration Credentials

When you connect third-party platforms, we may store OAuth tokens, refresh tokens, API tokens, or similar credentials needed to provide the connected service.

These credentials may be used to:

  • Maintain your connection to third-party platforms

  • Publish or retrieve content you authorize

  • Sync reviews, account information, or other platform data

  • Refresh expired access tokens

  • Perform actions you request through Review Gopher

We do not sell OAuth tokens. We do not use OAuth tokens for any purpose unrelated to providing the connected service.

1.8 Payment Information

If you purchase a subscription, payment information may be collected and processed by our payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. We may store limited billing details, such as:

  • Billing name

  • Billing email

  • Billing address

  • Subscription status

  • Payment history

  • Last four digits of a payment card

  • Payment processor customer ID

1.9 Website, Device, and Usage Information

When you visit our website or use our software, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address

  • Browser type

  • Device type

  • Operating system

  • Referring URL

  • Pages viewed

  • Features used

  • Date and time of access

  • Log data

  • Error reports

  • Session activity

3. AI-Assisted Features

Review Gopher may include AI-assisted features that help generate draft review responses, review request messages, social media captions, post ideas, marketing messages, or other content.

When you use AI-assisted features, we may send limited information to AI service providers, such as:

  • Review text

  • Business name or business context

  • User-provided prompts

  • Draft responses

  • Social media post prompts

  • Captions or message drafts

  • Related content needed to generate the requested output

We use AI service providers only to provide the AI-assisted feature requested by the user. We do not permit AI service providers to use Review Gopher data for Review Gopher’s own advertising or marketing purposes.

Unless required for a feature you specifically use, we do not send the following to AI service providers:

  • Payment card information

  • OAuth access tokens

  • SMS opt-in records

  • SMS opt-out records

  • Customer phone numbers

  • Customer email addresse

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving AI-generated content before using, sending, publishing, or relying on it.

4. SMS and Text Messaging

Review Gopher may allow businesses to send SMS or text messages to their customers, including review requests, reminders, updates, or marketing messages.

4.1 Customer Responsibility for Consent

Businesses using Review Gopher are responsible for obtaining all required consent before sending SMS messages. This may include prior express written consent where required by law.

Businesses are responsible for ensuring their SMS practices comply with applicable laws, carrier rules, and industry guidelines, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, CTIA guidelines, Do Not Call rules, quiet hours, and other applicable requirements.

4.2 SMS Data We Process

When SMS features are used, we may process:

  • Phone numbers

  • Message content

  • Message delivery status

  • Opt-in records

  • Opt-out records

  • HELP requests

  • STOP requests

  • Timestamps

  • Carrier or delivery metadata

  • Campaign or message history

4.3 SMS Opt-Out

Recipients may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Recipients may request assistance by replying HELP.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4.4 No Sharing of Mobile Information for Marketing

Mobile information, including phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent records, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share SMS-related information with service providers only as necessary to deliver messages, maintain compliance, prevent fraud or abuse, provide customer support, or comply with law.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information with the categories of recipients described below.

5.1 Service Providers

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Review Gopher, including providers for:

  • Cloud hosting

  • Database storage

  • Payment processing

  • Email delivery

  • SMS delivery

  • Customer support

  • AI-assisted content generation

  • Infrastructure and maintenance

Service providers may access information only as needed to perform services for us and are not permitted to use information for their own independent marketing purposes.

5.2 Third-Party Integrations You Connect

If you connect third-party platforms, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, or other services, we may exchange information with those platforms as necessary to provide the integration you authorize.

For example, we may send scheduled post content to Meta to publish on your connected Facebook Page or Instagram Business Account. We may retrieve Google Business Profile reviews so you can view and respond to them inside Review Gopher.

5.3 Business Customers and Account Users

If you are an account user associated with a business account, information related to your activity may be visible to account owners, administrators, or authorized users within that business account.

5.4 Legal and Compliance

We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or legal process

  • Enforce our Terms & Conditions

  • Protect the rights, safety, or property of Review Gopher, users, customers, or others

  • Detect, prevent, or investigate fraud, spam, security incidents, or abuse

  • Respond to lawful requests by public authorities

5.5 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy protections.

6. What We Do Not Do

Review Gopher does not:

  • Sell Google user data

  • Sell Meta platform data

  • Sell SMS opt-in data or mobile phone numbers

  • Share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for promotional purposes

  • Publish to connected social media accounts unless authorized by the user

  • Send SMS messages unless configured or authorized by the business user

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Review Gopher, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and operate our business.

When an account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify personal information within a reasonable period, unless we are required or permitted to retain it for legal, security, compliance, backup, or legitimate business purposes.

8. Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their personal information or connected platform data by contacting us at [email protected].

A data deletion request may include:

  • Account deletion

  • Customer list deletion

  • Deletion of connected Meta data

  • Deletion of connected Google data

  • Deletion of stored OAuth tokens

  • Deletion of scheduled post content

  • Deletion of uploaded media

  • Deletion of review management data, where applicable

We may need to verify your identity or authority before processing a deletion request.

We generally process deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Certain information may be retained as necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or backup purposes.

9. Disconnecting Third-Party Integrations

You may disconnect third-party integrations through Review Gopher or through the settings of the third-party platform.

When you disconnect an integration:

  • We stop using the related connection for future activity

  • We delete or invalidate stored OAuth tokens where technically possible

  • We stop retrieving new data from that platform

  • Previously stored data may remain in your account until deleted, unless deletion is required by law or platform policy

You may also revoke Review Gopher’s access directly through your Google, Facebook, Instagram, or other third-party account settings.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.

These safeguards may include:

  • Encryption in transit

  • Access controls

  • Authentication controls

  • Logging and monitoring

  • Limited employee or contractor access

  • Secure infrastructure providers

  • Vendor review processes

  • Token and credential protection

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Data Transfers

Review Gopher is operated from the United States. If you access Review Gopher from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.

These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws in your jurisdiction.

14. Marketing Communications

We may send administrative emails, product updates, billing notices, security alerts, and service-related messages.

Where permitted, we may also send marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. You may not opt out of essential service, security, legal, or billing communications.

15. Children’s Privacy

Review Gopher is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

16. Third-Party Websites and Services

Review Gopher may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, or policies of third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice, such as by email or in-app notice.
